Electric Tea Pot

An electric tea pot is usually another name for an Electric Tea kettle.

The term electric tea pot is much older and referred to Tea Kettles which where used to heat water for the tea.

The electric tea pots referred to in this way can come in many shapes one of which is the rounded version much like a the traditional tea pot.

There are some electric tea makers which will automatically make a cup of tea, often at a specific time of the day. But these are not called tea pots.
